You can return or exchange ordered items within 14 days of delivery by filling out the online return form. Once completed, you will receive a receipt via email to print and include in the package.
Within 14 days from the return request, ship the order at your expense to Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan, attaching the receipt of the request.
Upon receiving your package, we will send you a confirmation email for the refund that you will receive within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.
