Return Policy
Pursuant to Article 52 of Legislative Decree No. 206 of September 6, 2005 ("Consumer Code"), you have the right to withdraw from the contract signed with the Seller without any penalty and without having to provide any reason within 14 days from the day you received the products purchased on Albertm.it.
To proceed with the return, fill out the online return form. Once completed, you will receive a receipt via email to print and include in the package. The products to be returned must be shipped within 14 days from the date of completion in the form.
The products have not been used, worn, washed, or damaged; the identification tag is still attached to the products with the tamper-proof seal; the products are returned in their original packaging.
If you have met all the required conditions, Milor S.p.A. will fully refund you the price of the purchased products, with only the shipping costs for the return being your responsibility. Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.
In accordance with Article 56, paragraph III of the Consumer Code, only after Milor S.p.A. has received your return and verified that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming the acceptance of the return, and Milor S.p.A. will proceed with the refund, which will be credited within 14 days from the date of acceptance of the return.
All products sold by Milor S.p.A. are equipped with an identification tag secured with a single-use warranty seal, which is an integral part of the item. We invite you to try the product without removing the tag and the related seal. Otherwise, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
The shipping costs for the return are your responsibility. The shipping address is Milor Spa – Via dei Gracchi 35 – 20146 Milan. In case of loss or damage to the products during transport, it will not be possible to proceed with the refund.
The present Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal, which are an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale, are governed by Italian law and in particular by the Consumer Code, Chapter I "On the rights of consumers in contracts."
The products are covered by a legal warranty of 24 months from the date of purchase. The warranty will be valid only if the use of the product is assessed by Milor as compliant with what is stated in the section of the site regarding Jewelry Care.
The defects of rhodium plating and gilding caused by improper use of the product, as well as the accidental breakage of stones and closure mechanisms, are not covered by warranty.
In any case, the shipping costs for the return are the responsibility of the customer.
